Atlantic Custom Woodcraft LLC is the controller responsible for the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Atlantic operates this website and develops FinishCalc Pro. The sections below distinguish information processed in the website, in direct communications and within the current FinishCalc Pro workflow.
This policy must be reviewed before public app-store submission and whenever hosting, analytics, SDKs, contact forms, app permissions or other data practices change.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Atlantic Custom Woodcraft LLC website and FinishCalc Pro. It does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites, app stores, operating-system features, email providers, hosting providers or sharing destinations that operate under their own terms and policies.

Depending on how you interact with Atlantic, relevant categories may include contact identifiers you choose to provide, such as name, email address and phone number; project information such as city or town, room, scope, measurements, notes and reference materials; FinishCalc Pro support information such as device type, app version, calculator name, settings, screenshots and issue descriptions; and standard technical information processed by website hosting infrastructure.
Within FinishCalc Pro, calculator inputs may also include dimensions, layout settings and optional project, client, room or job-note information. The current application workflow uses those inputs to produce calculations and supported reports on the device.
Website Project Requests
The current estimate-request form is designed to prepare an email in your device's email application. The website itself is not designed to store the text you enter into that form before the email is sent.
If you choose to send the prepared email, your email provider and the receiving email service will process the information contained in that message. The message may include your name, email address, phone number if provided, city or town, preferred contact method, project type and the project description you choose to include.
FinishCalc Pro
FinishCalc Pro version 1.0.0 is designed as a mobile calculation and reporting utility for finish carpentry. It does not require an Atlantic user account.
The current calculator workflow uses information you enter—such as dimensions, layout settings and, in supported tools, optional project names, client names, room names or job notes—to perform calculations and prepare results on the device.
Atlantic does not require optional project-description fields in order to use the core calculation functions. Avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the layout or report you are creating.
PDF Export & Sharing
Supported FinishCalc Pro calculators can create PDF reports on the device. A generated PDF may contain measurements, calculated results and any project information or notes you chose to enter for that report.
If you choose to share a PDF, FinishCalc Pro opens the device's sharing interface. The application, person or service you select to receive the file may process or retain that file according to its own privacy practices. Review the report before sharing it if it contains project or client information.
Direct Communications & Support
If you email, call or otherwise contact Atlantic, Atlantic may receive the information you choose to provide, such as contact details, project information, support questions, screenshots or other materials necessary to respond to your request.
For FinishCalc Pro support, do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information. Product support generally requires only the calculator name, measurements or settings involved, the expected result, device type and app version.
Technical & Hosting Data
When this website is publicly hosted, hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process standard technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and server logs. The exact information depends on the hosting configuration in use.
FinishCalc Pro store platforms and operating systems may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Information processed independently by Apple, Google or an operating system is governed by those providers' practices.
How Information Is Used & Disclosed
Information received directly by Atlantic may be used to respond to project inquiries, prepare or discuss project scope, provide product support, maintain ordinary business and support records, protect the website or services, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the interaction, information may be processed by service providers necessary to deliver that interaction, such as website hosting infrastructure and email providers. User-initiated PDF sharing may send a file to the person, application or service selected by the user. App stores and device platforms may process information independently as described by their own policies.
Atlantic will update this policy if future analytics, advertising, hosted accounts, payments, cloud synchronization or other features materially change how personal information is accessed, collected, used, disclosed or shared.
Third-Party Services
The current policy does not describe advertising, marketing analytics, hosted account systems or payment processing inside FinishCalc Pro because those features are not part of the current product description. If Atlantic later adds analytics, crash-reporting services, hosted forms, payments, maps, advertising, cloud accounts or other third-party services that change data handling, this policy and the applicable app-store disclosures will be updated.
When you intentionally use an external service—for example, your email provider or a sharing destination you select for a PDF—that service handles information under its own terms.
Retention & Deletion
Because FinishCalc Pro version 1.0.0 does not require an Atlantic user account, there is no FinishCalc account profile to delete through the current app workflow.
Information you send directly to Atlantic by email or other business communication may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain ordinary business records, resolve support matters or meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact Atlantic to ask about deletion of personal information you previously sent directly to us. A request may be limited where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
Files you create or share from FinishCalc Pro may remain on your device or with destinations you selected. You control deletion from your device and should contact the receiving third party about copies held by that service.
Security
Atlantic aims to limit information handling to what is reasonably necessary for the website, business communications and FinishCalc Pro support and to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No method of electronic transmission, device storage or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for the interaction.
Children's Privacy
The Atlantic website and FinishCalc Pro are intended for general business and professional use and are not designed as services directed to children. Atlantic does not intentionally request that children provide personal information through FinishCalc Pro.
Your Privacy Choices
You may choose not to send the website's prepared email, not to include optional project details in a FinishCalc report, and not to share a generated PDF. If you have sent personal information directly to Atlantic and want to ask what was provided, request a correction or request deletion where applicable, contact Atlantic using the privacy contact above.
Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, Atlantic will evaluate and respond to requests in accordance with the law that applies to the request. These rights may be subject to exceptions, verification requirements and other legal limitations.
Changes to This Policy
Atlantic may update this Privacy Policy when website functionality, hosting, FinishCalc Pro features, app permissions, third-party SDKs, analytics, distribution practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy is revised.
